FlexiLite™ Minibus Debut at The Schools and Academies Show

November 29, 2018

Allied Fleet exhibited at The Schools and Academies Show for the first time in Birmingham last week. The one-day education event at the NEC proved a huge success with plenty of interest in our FlexiLite™ minibus.

The exhibition attracts decision makers from academies and schools, all looking to connect directly with organisations displaying their latest innovations, products and services. Our friendly sales team were on hand all day to answer questions and show visitors around our lightweight minibus.

“Our FlexiLite is the ideal solution as it can be driven on a standard car licence by anyone over 21.”

FlexiLite™ Features

The Peugeot and Citroen approved FlexiLite™ lightweight minibus, which can be driven by anyone with a standard car licence, attracted a lot of visitors to the Allied Fleet stand. It’s an ideal solution for those in the education sector looking for maximum carrying capacity without incurring additional expenses by putting staff through D1 category licence training. FlexiLite™ achieves this by using innovative, lightweight materials while proving a safety tested, road-ready minibus, that can accommodate up to 17 passengers and up to four wheelchair users.

Successful Show

Fleet sales manager, Justin Bianchi, commented:  “The 2018 Schools and Academies Show at the NEC proved to be a real success for Allied Fleet. More and more educational institutions require access to their own transport but don’t always have teachers with D1 licence entitlement. Our FlexiLite is the ideal solution as it can be driven on a standard car licence by anyone over 21.”

Following on from the success of this year’s show, we’ve now confirmed we’ll be at the Schools and Academies Show in both London and Birmingham next year.
